Seeds of Wisdom
13-Week Email Course
Integration
December 13, 2020
Today is the 13th week in the Seeds of Wisdom 13-week email course.
Although I am calling this week “Integration,” it could just have easily been called “Completion.” Today we complete this brief journey through the 12 Seeds of Wisdom themes. (Three months isn’t exactly brief! But much swifter than the 12-month Wisdom Program.)
Recall what you were saying to yourself (and to the witnessing Universe) when you signed up for this course, back in September. What was the commitment you made to yourself when you stepped into this sacred container for exploration? (Here’s a link to the course preparation materials on commitment: https://www.eastlycreative.com/email-course-prep-commitment)
Did you write your commitment down? If you did, go ahead and pull out your written commitment. Keep it on hand as you read through this message.
See if you can remember what life was like in September, right before the Autumn Equinox, when you encountered the first theme: Initiation. Then came Mystery, Chaos, Beauty, Creation, and Life Force. Then Light, Gaia, Paradox, Rebirth, Darkness, and, finally, True Self.
Which of the themes were your greatest teachers? Which ones were thorns in your side? What did you learn? How did you grow?
There were 48 possible practices offered to you for exploring the themes — 4 practices for each of the 12 themes. Which of the weekly practices did you do? Which ones do you still intend to practice?
Use your journal to capture your final reflections, or use this printable workbook:

You may also wish to create a fresh altar in response, as well.
When you feel ready to arrive at completion, pull out the written commitment you made at the start of the course. Add to this sacred document something to this effect: “I declare this process to be complete.” (Use your own words, of course.)
If you don’t have a written commitment, then simply write a declaration of your completion. I like to use this phrase: “May that which was useful be received at the deepest level. May that which was not useful simply drop away.”
When we articulate in writing, we bring clarity to our inner world. When we declare completion, we cue our energy to return home. We no longer need to extend energy into a process.
Completion doesn’t mean that you won’t still feel the transformative effect of your exploration during these past three months. It means that you free up mind-space to pursue other things. There may be things that still percolate within you and provide additional insight as you move through life. But for now we say: farewell.
I bow to you deeply from across the ether.
Thank you for the opportunity to share this material with you. If you are interested in exploring this material further, I highly recommend you consider the Wisdom Program.
The Wisdom Program is a comprehensive 12-month mentorship for intuitive and spiritual development. It includes a monthly group meeting, weekly homework, weekly partnership, daily practice, and quarterly 1-to-1 sessions. It is a substantial experience — a strong, sacred container to hold you while you do deep soul work. Tuesday, December 15 is the final day to register.
It would be my honor to support you on your soul’s journey.
Blessings,
Elka
