The 13-Week Email Course is designed to support you putting the Seeds of Wisdom themes into practice in your life. It will help you move from the realm of awareness into the realm of action.
Knowledge is what you know; wisdom is living what you know.
When spiritual insight becomes spiritual practice, you gain spiritual power. When you possess spiritual power, you have more life force energy to give toward your soul mission and goals.
Each week of this course will focus on one of the 12 Seeds of Wisdom themes. The 13th week will focus on integration.

You will receive a confirmation email right away to finalize your enrollment.
Prepare for the journey.
As we approach the course start date, you will receive two preparation emails — one on September 13, followed by one on September 17.
(If you enroll in the course after September 17, you will receive just a single Welcome email which will include links to the preparation material and any missed course content.)
Receive 13 weekly emails.
Starting on September 20, you will receive an email every Sunday through December 13.
The Sunday email will introduce the wisdom theme of the week and give you guidance for putting the theme into practice. The material is accessible and designed to fit into your life.
Seeds of Wisdom Email Course Enrollment

What to expect:
What will be in the weekly emails?
Each Sunday, you will receive an email that introduces the wisdom theme for the week. There will be an image and brief description of the theme from the Seeds of Wisdom guidebook.
You will be encouraged to reflect on the theme in meditation and writing, and to creatively respond to the theme by placing symbols related to the theme on your altar or dedicated spiritual reflection space. (If you don’t already have an altar or dedicated spiritual reflection space, you will have the opportunity to create one! Instructions will be included in the preparation emails. See next question below.)
In addition to a basic rhythm of reflection and creative response, each theme will come with possible practices for bringing its wisdom alive in your life. For example, during the week of Beauty, one of the possible practices is to take a day off from wearing make-up.
This year, each weekly email will be accompanied by a downloadable workbook. The weekly workbooks are designed for you to print out and write in — as an alternative to writing in your journal.
What will be in the preparation emails?
The preparation emails will help you get connected with your own process. They will introduce some key concepts (like altars and spiritual reflection space) and help you make time/space in your life for this journey.
How much time will the activities take?
The weekly rhythm of reflection and creative response may want 15 minutes or it may want more, depending on your energy and your relationship with the theme. The possible practices may take literally no time (as in the Beauty example above) or may take just 2 minutes. Some possible practices may want more time. It’s entirely up to you how much time and space you want this process have. You can go deep or you can keep it light.
Are the practices required?
You are in charge of your spiritual process. Always. The Seeds of Wisdom Email Course offers a container for discovery. You choose what you put inside the container.
Is there a community or place to share?
This is a self-directed process. You are welcome to share your experience within your own community. You may want to have friends enroll in the course with you for spiritual companionship.
What is the cost of the course?

Do I need to have the Seeds of Wisdom book and deck?
No, you don’t need the book and deck to participate in this course. However, you might enjoy reading more about each theme and/or placing a printed card on your altar each week.
How is this course different from the Wisdom Program?
The Wisdom Program is a comprehensive 12-month mentorship for intuitive and spiritual development. The Email Course is a concise, 13-week self-directed process.
The Wisdom Program includes a monthly group meeting, weekly homework, weekly partnership, daily practice, and quarterly 1-to-1 sessions. The Email Course provides 13 weekly emails.
Each month in the Wisdom Program focuses on one of the 12 Seeds of Wisdom themes, following a flow based on the seasons and on a narrative journey that begins with Initiation and completes with True Self. Each week in the Email Course focuses on one of the 12 themes, using this same flow.
They are completely distinct experiences but both are based on the Seeds of Wisdom themes.

The 12 wisdom themes are Initiation, Mystery, Chaos, Beauty, Creation, Life Force, Light, Gaia, Paradox, Rebirth, Darkness, True Self.
What will I get out of this course?
The Seeds of Wisdom 13-Week Email Course will help you prioritize your spiritual growth. It will give you a structure for connecting with yourself on a weekly rhythm. It will help you get to know yourself better, gain insight into your life, and shift your energy.
While it is not an oracle card training, this course will help you become more intimate with the Seeds of Wisdom themes and therefore better able to do readings for yourself and others.
