a season for dreaming

As we pass the Autumn Equinox and enter the twilight of 2023, you are invited to step into a sacred space where you can dive deep into the realm of your night dreams.

Your night dreams are

  • a classroom — where you receive the most tailored education possible

  • a creative studio — where your subconscious is the writer, director and star

  • a laboratory — where you experiment with new ideas

  • a temple — where you can make contact with the divine

  • an oracle — where you receive answers to your most pressing questions

  • a mirror — in which you can witness different aspects of yourself

By attending to your night dreams, you uncover creative potency, discover fresh insights, gain access to your inner wisdom, and unfold more of your own essence. Dream-work is a (re)vitalizing form of spiritual practice.

This Dream Group meets weekly for a full season. We will use a traditional approach for working with dreams in a group format. (This is a reflective/mirroring style that those with dream-work experience will recognize in the phrase: “If this were my dream…”) We will also utilize creative and shamanic approaches to discerning the wisdom of our dreams. Our approaches will always be non-analytic and non-authoritarian. Only the dreamer can declare the true meaning of their dreams.

No prior dream-work experience is necessary. If this group speaks to you, but you rarely remember your dreams, please join us! You will receive guidance on cultivating dream recall. If you are an avid dreamer, please join us! You will enjoy diving deep into this “world between the worlds.”

While the Dream Group is centered on our dreams, it is also a weekly touch-point for community and connection. If you have been yearning for meaningful, sustained connection with kindred spirits, our three month journey together will satisfy your soul.

Logistics

  • This intimate group will be capped at 8 participants.

  • The investment is $560. A payment plan is available.

  • We will meet by Zoom video. Gatherings will not be recorded.

  • If you and the facilitator have never worked together before, we will have a brief phone consultation prior to finalizing your registration.

By registering for this group, I affirm the following:

  • I will show up to meetings on time and participate fully in the process.

  • I understand that fees are non-refundable.

  • I will use Elka’s copyrighted materials and intellectual property for my own use only; I will not distribute them to others, nor will I use them to emulate.

  • I am responsible for my own self-care, my own decisions, and my actions; and I am committed to my own well-being.

  • I understand that this group is not therapy, nor is it a replacement for therapy or any medical care. Elka is not a medical or mental health practitioner of any kind, and does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical or mental health conditions.

  • I agree to hold confidential any other participants’ personal information shared in our group meetings.

  • Anonymous aspects of our meetings and sessions may be used by Elka in her publications.

Payment of the fee indicates participant’s full agreement with the above.
