Graduates of Active Energy Meditation are invited to participate in this upcoming practice circle.

The AEM practice circle is a 4-week series where you can practice your Active Energy Meditation skills in community.

Each week we will gather for an hour and I will guide the group in a variety of exercises to help you clear your field, claim your space, and utilize your powers of creative transformation.

Logistics

• The investment is $150 for series.

• It takes place via Zoom with video.

• The audio (only) will be recorded and shared at our private Participant Resources page.

• Anonymous aspects of our meetings and sessions may be used by Elka in her publications.
